Full moon at midnight from the deck. The air smells like wood smoke, all crisp and clear. No frost yet, but it's coming soon. I can feel it in my bones. Happy October!
I sucked this month and totally forgot about the moon until I was driving home from picking my son up from work and looked out and realized I had the perfect shot, even had the tripod in the car and the camera? At home with both batteries charging.

October is a lovely month. The crisp air, not too hot but not too cold. Apart from the noisy Halloweeners of course who drive me mad...
